
CERELAC ALA CUBANA
CERELAC Brown Rice and soya
2 tbsp ground pork
½ piece medium carrot, chopped
1 clove garlic
½ small onion
½ tomato
Instructions
1. Prepare 1 serving of CERELAC (50g or 5 level tablespoons) according to pack instructions. Set aside.
2. In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté the garlic, onion, and tomato
3. Add ground pork. Sauté for 10 minutes or until the meat is tender. Add some water to keep pork from getting dry.
4. Add chopped carrots. Cook until carrots are very soft; can be easily pierced by a fork.
5. Add cooked ground pork and carrots to prepared CERELAC. Mix well and serve.
