CERELAC WITH MASHED KALABASA AND MALUNGGAY
Ingredients
CERELAC Brown Rice and Soya
30 g kalabasa, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp malunggay leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare 1 serving of CERELAC (50g or 5 level tablespoons) according to pack instructions
2. Steam sliced kalabasa until soft. Blanch malunggay leaves, then chop finely.
3. Mash the vegetables together using a fork. Add in CERELAC then mix well.
4. Serve
