
CERELAC WITH FLAKED DAING NA BANGUS AND KAMOTE TOPS
CERELAC Brown Rice and Soya
1 daing na bangus steak, belly part
1 tbsp kamote tops
1 tsp oil
Instructions
1. Prepare 1 serving of CERELAC (50g or 5 level tablespoons) according to pack instructions. Set aside.
2. In a pan, heat oil in medium high heat.
3. Fry daing na bangus until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
4. Flake the fish carefully to ensure no small bones will mix in the flaked meat.
5. Blanch kamote tops, then chop finely.
6. Add flaked bangus and chopped kamote tops to a bowl of CERELAC. Mix well.
