CERELAC WITH FLAKED DAING NA BANGUS AND KAMOTE TOPS

CERELAC Brown Rice and Soya

1 daing na bangus steak, belly part

1 tbsp kamote tops

1 tsp oil

  • Prepare 1 serving of CERELAC (50g or 5 level tablespoons) according to pack instructions. Set aside.

     

  • In a pan, heat oil in medium high heat.

  • Fry daing na bangus until golden brown. Set aside to cool.

     

  • Flake the fish carefully to ensure no small bones will mix in the flaked meat.

     

  • Blanch kamote tops, then chop finely.

  • Add flaked bangus and chopped kamote tops to a bowl of CERELAC. Mix well.
