
CERELAC WITH CARROT PUREE
CERELAC Rice and Soya
½ medium carrot
INSTRUCTIONS
Instructions:
1. Prepare 1 serving of CERELAC (50 g or 5 level tablespoons) according to pack instructions
2. Wash the carrot thoroughly then peel. Dice into pieces.
3. Steam the carrots until fork tender. Set aside to cool
4. Puree cooked carrots using a blender until smooth. Add water as needed to reach desired consistency. If you don’t have blender, you can mash the carrot using the back of a spoon.
5. Add pureed carrots to a bowl of CERELAC. Mix well.
